The teachers utilize a play-based, emergent curriculum and the Core Knowledge curriculum that allows children to investigate and build on the element of their interests.

Classroom Environment:

Table Toy Play: Helps children develop their small muscle, eye-hand coordination, imagination, creativity, and problem- solving skills.

 Block Play: Children learn how to sort by color or size, learn to balance, and work together.

Dramatic Play: Helps children learn to play together, be polite and respect each other.

Sensory/Science Table: Children learn various concepts by measuring, pouring, controlling hands, feeling, smelling and observing.

Books: Storytelling /books Children learn numbers, color, and alphabets.

Circle Time: Opportunity for big muscle movement, language and social development

Art Activity: Promotes creativity and self-confidence in the use of materials.

                       Outdoor Play: It is important to enhance a child’s muscle development.

Mortar skills: We will work on important motor skills like sitting, standing, walking, talking, etc.

Swallow safety: We will make sure we constantly look at your child to make sure they are not exposed to anything they can put in their mouth and swallow that is harmful

Bathroom: We will constantly check if they need to go to the bathroom or need a diaper change

Food Safety: We will make sure they are hydrated

  • We will also make sure that before they eat something, they are not allergic or medically can’t have it

Daily checks: We will make sure when they are eating and when they walk in and out of our center they will have washed their hands and sanitized

  • Also with temperature checks daily which ensures your child will not catch anything at our center

Nap Time:  Young children under the age of five have at least a two-hour rest period every day. No child will ever be forced to sleep. We make sure to nurture them well.

Our program provides age-appropriate activities for the social/ emotional, physical, cognitive, language/ literacy development of our children. These activities provide learning opportunities for students in math, science, social studies and the arts.
